How long does it take?

In general, the delivery time, including the creation and shipping of the portrait, is around 1-2 weeks.
During busier periods, it is extended to up to 4 weeks to set realistic expectations.

Can I track my package?

All orders are shipped with a unique tracking number - you will receive it by email as soon as we complete your portrait.
